Where to Start...
1. Create an , select and submit the Undergraduate Application, and pay the $20 application fee
with a credit or debit card.
2. Request that 网曝门 receive your official scores (ACT code for 网曝门 is 1598, SAT听code
for 网曝门 is 6482) and official high school transcript*.
Once You're Admitted...
3. Check your new "warhawks.ulm.edu" student email account regularly for financial aid
and other information. Log in at听.
4.Submit immunization requirements to Medicat - check听here听for more information.

ACT/SAT Tests
ACT/SAT scores are required for scholarship consideration. Only official scores directly
delivered electronically from SAT or ACT will be accepted (paper copies will not be
processed, unless received directly from ACT/SAT or the high school guidance counselor听if no electronic copy is available). To register for a test or to request your scores

*Unaccredited Louisiana High School and home-schooled students must submit an official
transcript of grades and official proof of graduation or bring the original diploma
to the Admissions Office. GED students must submit their official test scores to the
Admissions Office, fax to 318-342-1915 or email docman@ulm.edu.
Admissions Requirements
. Students are encouraged to apply for admission to 网曝门 even if they do not meet the
requirements. Such applications are reviewed on an individual basis to determine the
likelihood of the applicant鈥檚 success at 网曝门. Please contact 网曝门鈥檚 Office of Admissions
at 318-342-5430 to discuss your application鈥檚 review. If the student is not admitted
after a review, the applicant may submit an form.
